To be eligible for the 2025 cohort, you must:

  • Be a U.S. Citizen, when you submit your application.

  • Live within the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Be enrolled in a full-time master’s or PhD degree program at an accredited institution or be within 5 years post-degree.

Who should apply?
